About these draft terms
These terms describe the proposed rules for BBVIA accounts, digital designs, previews and future physical products. They are a draft for review and have no effective date yet. Before launch, BBVIA will identify its legal operator, contact details and the effective version.
Your account
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. Do not use another person’s account or upload their private photos without permission. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Age eligibility and any guardian-consent process must be finalized before registration opens to minors.
What BBVIA provides
A digital design, a saved try-on image, a membership and a physical nail box are separate offerings. Each listing must explain what is included. A digital purchase does not include a physical product unless expressly stated. A try-on is a visual illustration; colors, shape, screen appearance and the final result can differ. It is not a guarantee of physical fit.
Prices and purchase consent
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout, with applicable charges disclosed before confirmation. A top-up, subscription, design purchase or optional rescan requires a clear purchase action. Viewing a page or refreshing it is not consent to another charge. A balance entry is not itself a purchase of a design.
Using designs and uploading content
Use purchased digital designs within the license shown with the offer. Do not resell source files, remove attribution to misrepresent ownership or commercially reproduce designs without permission. Upload only material you own or have permission to submit. You retain rights you already hold in your original content; BBVIA needs permission to store, process and display it for the service you request. Creator distribution and earning terms require a separate creator agreement.
Fair use of the platform
Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, harass others, interfere with security, scrape private assets or manipulate views, saves, downloads or rewards. BBVIA may investigate suspected abuse and restrict affected features proportionately. Contact support to question a restriction or report an error.
Problems, changes and your rights
Report a service or purchase issue through support. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these draft terms. Material changes to paid offerings or terms should be communicated before they apply. Governing law, dispute procedures and any required local disclosures will be completed after the operating entity and launch markets are confirmed.
