BBVIA nail boxes are planned. A digital design purchase or saved favorite does not reserve stock or place a physical order. When a design becomes available as a nail box, its listing will show the physical product, sizes, price and availability.
Information before checkout
Before accepting physical orders, BBVIA will publish shipping destinations, fulfillment estimates, carrier options, delivery charges and any relevant taxes or import responsibilities. We are not publishing placeholder delivery promises.
Returns and delivery problems
The physical-product policy must specify the request window, item-condition rules, any hygiene-related restrictions, return shipping responsibility and treatment of damaged, defective or incorrect goods. These details are pending operational approval. Contact support about an issue rather than sending an unapproved return to an unspecified address.
Availability alerts
If an availability notification feature is offered, choosing an alert is not a purchase commitment. Optional promotional messages must have a way to opt out.
