Before you pay
Review the item, currency, total, access rights and any renewal terms before confirming payment. Designs, memberships, optional rescans and future nail boxes are distinct purchases. Their eligibility and handling may differ. These rules remain a draft until the payment workflows are verified.
Account balance
A funded balance is intended to make eligible BBVIA purchases easier. It is not an order for a nail design and does not automatically grant a membership. Purchased funds and promotional credits should appear separately. Transfer, withdrawal, expiry and unused-balance refund rules must be finalized and disclosed before top-ups are enabled; no unstated restriction should be inferred from this preview.
Digital design issues
If the wrong item is delivered, access fails or an asset is defective, contact support with your order reference. BBVIA should investigate and offer a suitable correction or refund where appropriate or required. Any restrictions on cancellation after digital delivery must be clearly disclosed before purchase and comply with applicable rights; this draft does not apply a blanket no-refund rule.
Scan and rescan
The planned optional rescan covers the full set: both hands and both thumb-detail views. The displayed rescan prices are $3 for Regular, $2 for Plus and $1 for Premium, in USD. Confirm your active plan and total before purchase. Repairing a failed paid processing attempt should not require buying another rescan. Reloading a page should not trigger a new charge. These behaviors must be verified in the account and scan systems before paid launch.
Membership cancellation
The available plan must state its price, billing interval, included features and whether it renews automatically before enrollment. Manage a subscription through the available account controls or contact support. The final cancellation and refund rules must explain when access ends and what happens to saved items. This theme does not activate subscriptions or charge a balance.
Refund handling
Submit purchase date, account email and order reference to support@bbvia.us. Never send full payment-card details. Approved refunds should be handled through the relevant original payment or balance transaction. Payment-provider processing times vary; BBVIA must publish its confirmed support and processing windows before launch.
Physical products
Nail boxes are not currently offered through this preview. Product-specific return, damaged-delivery and cancellation rules must be available before physical checkout opens. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
