This is a proposed description of BBVIA’s data practices. The operator, actual providers, retention periods and available privacy controls must be verified before this notice becomes effective. It is not a promise of absolute security.
Information involved in the service
Depending on the features you use, BBVIA may process account and contact details, order and payment references, membership and balance records, designs you save, uploaded hand or finger photos, scan measurements, mockup images and support messages. Device and basic security logs may also be processed. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information.
Why information is used
Account data supports sign-in and account administration. Hand photos and scan information support your requested Nail Profile and try-on. Purchase records support fulfillment, balances and dispute handling. Security information helps investigate abuse. Marketing communications should be optional and separately managed.
Private photos and public content
Customer scan photos are intended for private account use. Creator catalog images are intended for public discovery after approval. Sharing a mockup publicly should be a separate choice by the customer. Technical access controls and any public sharing behavior must be verified before launch; moving a file to private storage alone does not remove previously cached public copies.
Service providers
Operating the service can involve hosting and private storage, payment processing, transactional email and image-processing providers. Where AI processing is used, the final notice must identify the relevant processing and explain the data involved. Provider locations, contractual protections and any cross-border transfers must be reviewed for the markets served. This draft does not claim that uploaded photos are excluded from all provider training without verification.
Retention and deletion
Different records need different retention rules. Your active Nail Profile supports future previews; transaction records may need to remain for accounting or dispute obligations. Before launch, BBVIA must publish confirmed retention criteria for raw scans, processed images, inactive accounts and backups. You may contact support to request access, correction or deletion; identity checks and applicable legal exceptions may apply.
Your choices and requests
Contact support@bbvia.us with the subject Privacy request. Do not send identity documents by ordinary email. BBVIA should explain any verification required and the request process. Rights vary by location; the final notice must describe applicable rights and complaint routes. Required regional privacy choices must be implemented before serving affected customers.

See the Cookie Notice for the proposed use of browser storage. The published notice will carry an effective date. Material changes to how personal information is used should be communicated through an appropriate notice.
